Most of the info you've probably read about the Bermuda Triangle is just sensationalist garbage (esp anything by Berlitz) and riddled with errors, bad research or plain lies. Look up the Marie Celeste entry in the above link, for example.
Most of the main "disappearances" can be explained, or at least, a workable theory exists. This is true of the Marie Celeste (explosive cargo that scared the people on board into literally jumping from the boat to save their lives - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Celeste#Speculation_and_theories), Flight 19, sinking ships (methane release altering the bouyant properties of seawater) etc etc.
As several people have said, there are huge numbers of commercial flights/ship traffic through the area and there is no higher risk than anywhere else in the world. Relax and enjoy your holiday.
