yes i could have put this in the mAAAAAAsive Warhammer thread but it might have got overlooked and tbh if your interested in the game you will want to watch them...

the following two videos are roughly 500-600mb in size and give a you a taster of every class in the game and a brief look at the different locations they adventure

Glad you posted the vids in a separate thread, I’ve only recently started to look into whether or not to get this game and the main thread is far to long to bother picking my way through, look forward to looking at these this evening.

And very nice post there Sinny, I found details about the classes but there was a lot to read to work out what’s what, your summary makes it nice and simple. :)
 
Hmm, were these videos meant to impress? They seem to have had the opposite effect on me, having watched them I'm now less likely to get the game.

Same for me :(

Graphics look worse than WoW's.
Low res textures, minimal objects in the environment, poor animation.

I really hope this is on a low-res setting or I won't be getting this at all.

I didn't say whether it was good or bad, I just said I didn't like the graphics.

When it has worse graphics than it's main competitor thats been out 3 yrs longer, thats what puts me off.

I haven't recently bought a spanking new setup to play a game with graphics that a 486 could manage. If thats the case then why don't we all ditch PC's and go back to the day of the Amiga when gameplay ruled graphics by a long way ;)

That's because they are low graphics :confused:
 
its a game that is very much taking a wow approach to graphics...dont know of lesser mmos have spoilt me lately but the combat seemed rather sluggish

I wouldnt mind going back to those days, about time some of the game companies stopped shipping out golden looking crap and started making games that were fun to play again, rather than worrying how many pixel shaders and bump maps they had in the game :)
