What time do you go to bed?

I dont know how some people manage on so little sleep... I have to go to bed anywhere between 9:30 - 10:30 pm to get up at 7am, otherwise I'm rubbish the next day :(

Varies.
Last night I got back from the pub about 12, had a few more beers, watched telly, ate leftover curry. Got to bed around 2, got up at 6, got showered, went to the cafe, went to work.
All I can say is I had a good night but i'm tired.

But it does vary, sometimes I go to bed about 10/11.

The more sleep I get, the worse I feel in the morning, I wake up after a 10 hour sleep i feel like i've been beaten up for about 2 hours afterwards. But I get a 6-8 hour sleep i'll feel pretty rough for a while. The toruble with less sleep is I get less drag in the first few hours of my day but more later on. It's a delicate balance which I had decided to ignore. If I didn't have an alarm clock I wouldn't wake up til about 12.

Bout 3. Then I get up at 8-12 and wish I went to bed earlier. I'm going to have to start getting around 8 hours a night now before I go back to College...

Midnight and up at 6am this weeks shift. I hate going to bed early cos I feel I've wasted an evening. I do feel knackered at work mind :(

Go to sleep around 10pm ... get up around 5:30am so I can leave for work by 6:25am .... the one good thing is that it means that getting up at 7:30am on the weekend/holiday seems like a nice lie in and still leaves the day to do things, (and you can go shopping on Saturday morning before the chavs etc surface)

And... thats easy? You dont feel like you are about to collapse any second? Even though it is 8 hours sleep, i do.

:( Sometimes I feel that way, I feel its a healthy sleeping pattern but once I'm awake I'm awake, its hard to get a few extra hours if I want to.
