If Money has been taken from the account.........

Right I need some reassurance.

I ordered 4 Oasis tickets last wednesday, now I am still waiting for the email confirming my tickets, with the reference number etc.

So I rang Mastercard up, who confirmed that Seetickets have taken money for them.

So do you think this means I have got them and that something went wrong with the email?

I am going to ring them, but I don't have any reference number etc to go off, so it will be a tricky thing explaining!

They'll probably be able to give you enough information with just your name. I'm sure if they've taken the money (providing they're a trusted company) then your tickets are on the way

Above, it was off the official Oasis site, who did it through Seetickets

Seetickets are a legit company (if a little pricey) i have used them a few times, don't worry your tickets will turn up a few days before the gig

Might be a stupid question but did you definitely use the right email address / type it correctly and have you checked junk folders etc?

Yeah check junk, I just ordered some digitalism tickets through them, and the email was from seezz3.com
