which pc games support xbox 360 pad ?

Hi all , ive just ordered a wired 360 pad for my pc and i'd like to know what games are supported

are there any lists anywhere ?

GRID definitely does, has full profiles for the controller and puts button symbols on all the menus when you're using one.

Everything with Games for Windows on the box will support it fully

And almost anything else can be rigged up to use it if you are willing to mess about a little.

Every game I've played that's suited a pad has worked fine, 'Games for Windows' or not. A few that came with native profiles include Spiderman: Friend or Foe (which was a painfully shocking game), GRiD, Lego Indiana Jones, Ratatoullie and Crysis. Some stonkers there.

Only game ive found not to work we 360 pad is COD4 .....You can get xpadder for it but, just no!....

Assassins Creed doesn't want to map my 360 controller properly for some reason but all the other games i've tried work fine (DMC3, Grid)

That's really odd, the buttons are mapping all over the pad for me lol its not even possible to walk in a straight line with it...

I'll try get a screen shot of the default config it gives me at some point when i get chance

You can calibrate the analogue sticks via windows control panel although i've never needed to

Flatout 2 UC as well. And as someone else said, for anything not supporting natively you can use xpadder

Any "Games for Windows" game that supports gamepads, has support for the 360 pad by default (all proper mapped out etc, and some games even change the icons to the correct buttons). A whole bunch of other games also support it, mostly modern.

Yes, perfectly. I was just playing Anniversary today, and also have Legend installed. Both map the controller perfectly with no settings changes.

Every game I have that needs a controller works perfectly with the Xbox360 controller, even if it's not "Games for Windows".

"Games for Windows" games will simply give better support, it doesn't mean that they're the only games that are supported with the controller.

Legend is a GFW title so supports it fully. I dont see why it wouldnt work with Anniversary either.
