TRUE 120 anti vibration strips

Are the anti vibration strips neccesary on the TRUE120. The reason im asking is, i installed the cooler earlier and i was going to use two fans in push pull config. I have the black edition which is supplied with two sets of fan clips but i only received two anti vibration strips. So is it ok to stick a fan on without theese.
 
powah to the fans :) what make/model you using?

would also be interested to see what temps you get with the black one.. do you have an original model TRUE to compare it to?
 
theyre arctic cooling 12025 pwm fans that i had lying about rated from 400 -1500rpm, was using them as case fans for a while but replaced them with a pair of yate loon d12-sl-12 in my eclipse 62.

my load temps at the minute are 61 61 58 58 and im afraid i never had the original TRUE, previous cooler was an acf7 pro. currently @3.4 ghz vcore of 1.3750 (1.2750 vid chip)
