Y'know when someone says 'You must meet my mate, he's really funny/crazy/whatever...' and every single time without fail, said mate is a complete and utter glans of the highest order who you end up detesting for ever...?

That's the first time it has ever happened to me online.

I'm very lucky indeed, I have achieved quite a few of my "to do's" already

Beat my fear of flying - Done
Visit Russia - Done
Visit Australia - Done
Visit Hong Kong - Done
Learn a Martial Art - Done
Go snowboarding - Done many times
See dolphins in the wild - Done

Things left on the list are:

See the milky way from a totally non light polluted area (this is in the works at the moment)
Visit Japan
See the Northern Lights
Learn to ride a horse
Visit Cuba before Castro dies (hopefully next year)
Do a proper stint of charity work / give something back
Visit the Aztec city in Mexico
Have a white label record pressed
Have a photograph published
Do some falconry with a bird of prey
Write a book
Help on an archaeological dig
Vote for someone I believe in
Die old, wise and happy
