Ive just decided to get myself into shape so ive startd going to the gym four times a week (mon, wed, thur and sat).
I generally stick to a usual routine whenever I go.
25mins jog (burns about 300+ cals although I goal myself to get higher than my previous session)
Leg pushing machine
Arm push outwards machine
Arm pull towards machine
Do 3 x 10 sets on each.
Im eating ok, Im gonna be honest and say im not eating a perfect diet. BUT Ive completly cut out coke and only drink water. Started eating a lot more fruit aswell.
If I keep this up over time will I see some sort of differance phycisically and visually? I think I can feel myself getting fitter each time I go (addictive stuff
