Hows this for gym my sessions?

Ive just decided to get myself into shape so ive startd going to the gym four times a week (mon, wed, thur and sat).

I generally stick to a usual routine whenever I go.

25mins jog (burns about 300+ cals although I goal myself to get higher than my previous session)
Leg pushing machine
Arm push outwards machine
Arm pull towards machine

Do 3 x 10 sets on each.

Im eating ok, Im gonna be honest and say im not eating a perfect diet. BUT Ive completly cut out coke and only drink water. Started eating a lot more fruit aswell.

If I keep this up over time will I see some sort of differance phycisically and visually? I think I can feel myself getting fitter each time I go (addictive stuff :p)

Well its gotta be better than eating junk food and doing no exercise at all :D
 
I presume your goal is to be slimmer and fitter?
Just so you don't get bored of doing the same routine try mixing it up between cardio and a 3-day split weights regime. 1 day cardio, 1 day weights for instance.
Then you mix it up between the 'arm pull towards machine' and the other one :p
Free weights are your new best friend by the way!

Also don't just 'jog' for a set period of time either. Again mixing it up will benefit you more. Try hill climbing, to long distance, to HIIT workouts :)
 
Just to loose weight really. Im slightly cubby so just wanna loose that.

Not looking to get uber buff or anything
 
Well, go look at the sticky by gordyr, pick that apart a bit and you will be able to do a half decent routine that will help you reach your goals :]
