Does this odometer look dodgy?

Some cars' odometers tend to be wonky even if they haven't been tampered with. Others have completely straight row of numbers unless tampered with.
Whats the car? And why can't you verify the mileage through the service history?

200sx 1999.
picture is from a forum post so nothing i can control. Ive seen a few other 200sx's and they are perfectly in line. This one and another one (cant find the pic atm) are wonky.. the other one was so wonky you could see the tops of other numbers and nearly the bottom of others.

The odo on my 205 GTI is all over the place, but I know for a fact the mileage is 100% accurate. Some cars are just a bit pants...

buying and the car is a trip to scotland away.. wanna make sure its ok before taking the flight over to test drive it.
/edit i live in Milton Keynes. It will also only be my 2nd car having owned a 1.2 Clio for 7 years and by far the most expensive.

The 5's high because the next number is a 9 so will soon rollover.
Your best bet is to see if he has all the old mot's check etc and the general state of the interior.
