Hi guys,

I've been speaking to a guy recently about buying his Championship White Integra DC5 and he's just called to say a couple of 'buyers' have just car jacked him :(

These cars are still pretty rare in the UK so please keep an eye out for it:

He lives down Essex way.

Damn :(

Shame it hasn't got tracker on it. I'd have tracker these days even on my others Fiesta just to see the ****s get caught

They met him at home at took it from his driveway I think! I don't know the full circumstances at the moment.

He did, however, get the bar-stewards on CCTV as he has two of his own cameras pointing at his driveway

Whereabouts in Essex? I'm sure that wouldn't be too hard to find if the thief's are based in Essex as well.

The chap lives near the Lakeside on the M25

Ok.

I've text a few mates around that area, they will keep their eyes pealed :)

I'll keep an eye out when I'm about in Romford and Basildon etc...they are likely places to spot this car. Tell him I've also asked a few mates in Rainham to look out for it.

tbh if I went down a few pubs in Rainham someone is bound to know something....

Remember people...the last thing you should ever do is meet someone at your house, always find a local public place ie. Supermarket car park or Petrol Station.

Hopefully it will turn up as it sticks out like a sore thumb!

:( such a shame. I've seen this one on pistonheads and thought it looked brilliant (yes that's right, i look at pictures of DC5's hoping one day someone will give me one :()

TBH If I was looking to buy a car and the person wanted me to meet at a petrol station there would be no chance.

Hope it is found. Quite a few of these around Norwich now it seems.

The advice for buyers is never to meet in a public place - always meet at a home address so you have some come back if something goes wrong.

Unfortunately, the thieves will know this and sounds like it could be a "steal to order".

Then you would lose out on a potential buy, I would rather that then risk getting jacked - thanks.
