Eastenders made me physically sick

Does anyone watch soaps still?

I thought it was a 60's - 90's thing?

They should take them off air, especially seen as they clog prime time tv.

Eastenders urgh! Even the decor in the houses looks depressing.

Agree.. the actual stabbing wasn't seen, dunno what the fuss is all about. Complaints about this story? Then surely there has been other complaints in the past about other eastenders stories.

I'm not agreeing with the complaints at all but a lot of young children watch eastenders, which I don't really think is right. The stabbing storyline is no worse than what has been shown before, eastenders typical covers all sorts of adult themes. But ah down to the parents isn't it.

Having said that I was watching 18 films with my mum and dad when I was like 10.. and i'm ok! ;)

Haha pathetic.

The woman was sick because of that? Get a ******* grip you looney.

As for the son, grow a pair.

I saw it and it was tame at best.

Hahahaha wtf, they must live such sheltered ignorant lives to be shocked by something like that. Why don't you wake up and look at the world around you, things 1000 times worse than that happen to REAL people on a daily basis.

I agree but with the way it was acted, I'm quite pleased it was shown then, IF anyone was watching anyway. Now that 13 year old kid isn't gonna be going out with his gang stabbing people now, will he?

maybe my sarcasm radar is on the blink

but I was being sarcastic, its anything but hardcore lol

The :/ made me thought otherwise.
Nonetheless, that scene of the corpse might have given some visual impact to a minor, but for an adult and a 13 year old, it was a scene as the OP stated, not far from 6 o'clock news scene.

If all people want to do is whinge over EastEnders (which has never been the nicest of soaps) then they really should reconsider their lives. Sorry but I'm not compatible with namby pamby.

Go and watch Emmerdale.

"My wife was physically sick and my son of 13 years was brought to tears."

Although to be fair with the little guy it doesnt specify in detail, it could have been tears of laughter at his mother being physically sick by an episode of Eastenders
