It's a shame they don't consider lowering the price per unit to increase the volume of sales, that way they would still have the same income.

I tend to buy DVD's on impulse when I have to pickup a few things from Tesco on the way home from work. £17 is a bit much for an impulse buy!

again as said before, new tech always costs more, look at the price of DVD when that first came out around 10-12 years ago
