Help Cheap Bike for my Girlfriend needed

Hi guys, Wonder if you can help me. I'm looking to get my girlfriend a new bike unfortunatly budget is only around £150. She's really short 4ft11 so frame has to be 14". Bike will mainly be used for riding round local area/park but hopefully in the furture maybe some weak off road stuff (bridleway etc)

I know my budget is pretty poor so I've been looking at 2nd hand but 14" frames are rare on the auction site.

I've also found these new ones and wondered what your thoughts of them are?

That Giant is a solid performer for the price. I tried an Males one once and thought it was a great little bike for the money.

I've also just found the Giant for £131 so even cheaper. Its the 2007 model but I doubt it's that different.
