Les Miserables - no spoilers

I'm getting more and more tempted to go and see this at the theatre. Is it as good as it's meant to be?

Anyone seen it care to recommend?

I'm going to see this on the 13th, taking the other half for her birthday.

It looks good, and a few people have said it's good, so will see what happens!

I didnt enjoy it personally. I like musicals but this just didnt grab me at all. Everyone else ive spoken to about it disagrees with me though so it'd certainly be worth a look I suppose.

Saw it last night. It was very good, worth seeing

For some reason it seemed very quite in the beginning but became louder, I don't know if it was where I was sitting (Stalls) or just my imagination.

Highly recommend it.

We've been to see lots of stuff now. Usually get to the theatre 3-4 times a year. Les Mis was a favourite of both of ours. Got the Anniversary DVD set too which is fab.

Get into the story and it's hard not to enjoy.
