you would need to have rather solid muscle mass and sub 5%bf.
that would take most people a very long time.

You will never be like that. To be like that requires huge effort and perfect conditioning. You will never wake up accidentally like that. End of story
 
You'll not do that natural i doubt his chest to arm ratio is messed up, like all the models on sust....

Are you serious? That kind of physique is very easily within the barriers of a natural trainee imho. He isn't carrying much muscle really and he's not crazy low on bodyfat either.

Id agree dude. The problem with that photo is its hard to get a sense of scale he looks huge but may only be 5'4 :p
 
I don't think he looks huge at all.... but I think we must have different idea's about what's huge? I'd say that guy looks about, 13 stone? maybe a little more?

Maybe we do but i was just trying to guess ultras reason for thinking this dude has an unachivable physique, im 12.5 stone at 5'7 15%bf(rough estimate) and this guy defo looks bigger than me.
 
Im actually gonna retract my statement, your right that physique is achieveable natty. Be a challenge to get to that bf though.

ive said it before and i'll say it again - i think that most ad models to that standard have taken something along the line. be it for size ot to just keep so cut without losing mass.
 
Yeah his size isn't hard to reach at all.... just getting that bodyfat down AND keeping that mass that's so damned hard to do naturally... makes me sick watching all that hard earned muscle melt away!!
 
I think that physique is attainable as a natural aswell. You'd need good genes, really know your stuff and be dedicated though...

Difference is itd take years of dedication to do that natty. Much easier on juice. tbh ive got more respect for natty's sure. But the guys who use steroids responsibly and couple that with sound nutrition and training, have some of the most spectacular physiques ive seen.

Yeah fair play to them if doing something with it and trying to make a career from it or whatever. It's just the ****heads I see everyday using them purely for vanity and to strut round like some kind of **** that bugs me... not the 'roids themselves.
 
I'd have thought the above model's physique would have been attainable through serious hard work. Are you guys saying he's probably on roids?

Gutted, I haven't been able to do any upper body workout for over a week now. Woke up with a stiff and very sore right arm last week which lasted for a couple of days. Must've been the way I was lying on it. Then, yesterday the same thing happened to my left arm. :confused: Can't lift it fully without it hurting.
 
Steroids aren't just used to get huge and freaky... there are many different kinds and some can help you hold onto most, if not all of the muscle you built bulking, whilst you slim down and lose the bodyfat... which in turn makes you look a lot bigger as all the muscles are clearly visible.

When totally natural, slimming down to shed bodyfat results in lots of muscle also being lost, especially if you're quite big.
 
That physique is easily done naturally.

Basically, if you're natural you have to FORCE your body to adapt, because having extra muscle is a metabolic burden.

With steroids, your body is basically primed for growth.

Yes you still have to train, but the process is a fair bit different.
