DGM site to register?

Hey i want to register my monitor for the warranty after reading others doing it . What is the site? Google for dgm doesn't turn up much for me.
Am i being blind?

When attempting to register mine I'm getting.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e2f'

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_RegistrationCustomer'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'RegistrationCustomer'.

/registration/userprofile_save.asp, line 192

This is when i try to register a account.

Any ideas?

I will give you a hint.
I figured it out don't use your name as part of your password. That worked for me.
