T-Mobile Internet

The content filter. T-mobile block everything unless you give them a credit card number to prove your 18.

err not so much...your nearly right.

we block all content that could be considered to contain over 18 material; thi may also include gambling websites etc...not sure on the exact definition of the filter. same for all networks...

Also to get it lifted you only have to be the account holder (if its a contract account) no need to a cc card.

You mean content lock then.

I think its a bit of a joke tbh. It's not for T-Mob to decide who can see what or do what. Some things being blocked is fair enough (porn etc) but otherwise, it should not be regulated like it is.

Which includes pretty much every website you would actually want to visit... T-mobile even block things like bebo which don't allow adult material. It's ridiculous, banning everything where people can add custom content.

So wanted to cause an argument when she said if anyone under 18 uses your phone you must call us back up to put it back on!

She was lucky she gave me a free month :p

Anyone else having possible network troubles with T-mob? It's been bobbins down here this week - taking 3-4 hours for text messages to get through if the network accepts then. Mum tried to call me earlier and kept getting diverted to voicemail even tho phone is fine and getting a full signal.

Wierd.

Yep had nothing but bother off them for a good few months, couldnt get a signal in my own home for crying out loud. I ended up paying £70 to be able to terminate the contract early and get a PAC code.
