Crysis warhead pushed back?

Was meant to be out sept 12th (next friday) now all the sites are suddenly saying the 26th. Looks like ea want to try and take a chunk out of hells highway sales. :mad:

Its already gone gold though, duplicated and im sure some stores will have it soon. If they stick to this delay then obviously it'll be online before its on store shelves.

Sure there's no point releasing it at all this month, I mean they might as well wait till christmas now.

Yeah I posted this in the Warhead thread, seems everyone has pushed it back to the 26th, even tho the official EA message is still the 12th.... :rolleyes:

If some stores already have stock copies it'll be leaked soon enough then EA will lose sales further, people will just download rather than waiting another two weeks.

To be honest I have never seen the retailers list it any earlier than the 26th - and I have looked at the product page for it on the rain forest site many times.

Perhaps its a case of the retailers have not updated their listings to point to the 12th, rather than the game being pushed back?

The 'remote button' site had it for 12th for ages, then recently changed it to the 26th.
