Ive got most of the way through company of heroes, to the mission where you have to capture Victory points on the hill.

I just cant do it!
Had no problems up to now, just cant do this - any tips?
 
no, this is the one where i have to go and capture victory points too
I think 2 missions after defending the hill
 
remember to build sandbags and use them, and if that's a level you can choose your 'ability' in, then use either para's or infantry, infantry & AT guns vs german tanks is the way forward

Exactly.. You may have to go back and replay level 12 and keep as many resources as you can. This is a difficult level and I had to do go back a bit.

If you have enough resources after completing level 12, get your enginners to lay down mines and send some troops to infultrate and destroy the Axis base (top left of map) as soon as you can, this will stop tank deployment.
 
I too have never gotten past this particular map - having tried various methods including going for their base in top left.

They just always cap the hill and I simply don't have the units by then to re-take it :(
