Undeniable proof UFO's are Real?

something with a internet souce along with sightings in America is far from it :)

Crazy.

I cant believe some people are more likely to believe a government controlled broadcasting company over independent new sources.

If its on the BBC, it must be true.

Not quite that simple. If I tell you that I can see a yellow rotating square slowly rotating, rising and falling* from where I'm sitting then I've become a news source - the point is that I'm not what you might call an accredited source and you've got very little chance of verifying what I'm saying. You've also got to look at the potential bias of the source and I don't think I've ever seen one that could claim to be truly unbiased at some level. So if I'm looking for news then the BBC is a good port of call in that the stories are usually relatively clearly written (if a little simplistic in the analysis often) but as with anything else I bear in mind that the writer is human and therefore will have bias to a greater or lesser degree.



*In this case it is an IFO - my Post-It pad that I threw in the air.

I am now totally convinced we are unique.
The way the earth was formed, how far from the sun, how big our sun is, Jupiters mavity and a million other things means that it couldn't happen again.

I mean what we define as "life giving criteria" is fair enough, but who is to say that there isn't another set of criteria that determine life on another planet/star/moon?

We can only go on what we know, which isn't a damn lot at the end of the day. We have just managed to get to the moon, getting anywhere else (except Mars in the next century if you are lucky) isn't going to happen in a hurry.

I personally believe that there has to be SOME form of life out there, if it is intelligent or basic or whatever.

I think this because out of the hundreds of billions of galaxies out there in space... Surely odds are that we are NOT the only ones?

Most people would agree there is probbably life out there.

But do you think it's flying round earth abducting yokels and drunks?

I'd like to think so but the 5 parts of this series have made me realise how delicate and how many millions of things happened to Earth in the right order and are still happening.

Very interesting read Teki and ignore the negative comments. Some people have founded so much of there belief structures on the outdated notion that UFOs don't exist it's to much of a jump for them to make now.

To be honest undeniable proof that UFOs are real has been around for a very, very long time. However until the Government or The Sun tell some people it's real they won't believe it.

theres storys in the bible etc about ufos and in many other ancient writings if they didnt care then i doubt they would now

The UK airbase you refer to was the Rendlesham forest incident 1980, it was picked up by the nearest airport radar, witnessed by upto 75 servicemen over 2 nights along with police and locals, forget Roswell and the media hyped events that everyone first thinks of, the Rendlesham incident is about the best documented and significant account their is

Spend 2-3 hours on their, and watch several docs on the event inc the ex base second in command + others willing to testify under oath that it happened, along with all the supportive evidence and then for anyone to still genuinely dismiss the event has rubbish or a hoax is astounding in my own opinion

doesnt mean theyre aliens... all they say is that they have seen weird craft in sight and on radars. could be china, russia, anyone
 
well remember during the cold war era most reports of aliens where long incredibly fast moving cigars.

Can ya take a guess at what that might have been ;)

One retired air force person says he saw the disc-shaped UFOs in US bases. And that they were not made on this planet.

Hold on, I utterly and totally believe 1000000% that UFO's exist - I just don't believe that living creatures are flying round in them from another planet.
