Anyone have screens to hide them?

Not the nicest of sights in your back garden, i've seen some that you can buy (2x Bins, 2x Box storage) but they are £200+!!

Just wondering if anyone has done anything to "hide" their bins?

Phil

I put mine inside of a really big wheelie bin ;)

hehe, nah, ive never seen anyone hide them, other than maybe inside of an enclosure/cupboard type thing.

Seems like a waste of money to me personally

It was something like this i was thinking of...

Yeah thats the kind of thing ive seen,
surely you could make one yourself for half that price

i put mine by the side of the house by the gate, out of view from front and back gardens like everyone else in the street.

I'm going to build myself one like the above when i complete on my house. At £200 its definitely worth the sunday afternoon it'll take.

In the front garden semi obscured by the bushes. Needs to be for my dad to get decent access to them (3!) as he is wheelchair bound.

Also this thread reminds me I'd bst bring the rubbish bin back in off the drive :p

mine are out of view as i have put them in between two sheds that are in my garden

up here we have 3, 1 for household waste, 1 for garden waste and 1 for paper/cardboard and green bucket thing for plastic/ glass/metal tins

any more bins and i wouldn't know where to put em

Me and the next door neighbour removed the end couple of metres of the fence between our houses, put a gate between each house and the shortened fence , block paved a compound where the removed bit of fence was and then put a big gate on the front to close the area in, we access the bin area from our own property and open the big gate at the front when the bins need taking out

hope this makes sense

you can get vinyl wraps with flowers on them, it looks really good when your bin matches the flowers! Cheap disguise + easy! We don't have this though since we have 3 wheelie bins, each one a seperate colour:

Green Wheelie Bin

Black Wheelie Bin

Black Wheelie Bin with blue lid

man UP, stop being so sensitive about a couple of bins

At least it is an attempt to take pride in the appearance of his property and making things look neat, unlike so many others who just leave their rubbish bins open/overflowing and generally being an eyesore.

£200? The wood and bits and bobs needed to build something like that shouldn't even touch £100.
