Anybody on here do Logo/Flyer design (for nightclubs)?

Hello all!
I will be shortly running my own trance night in the north west of England, and myself and colleagues are looking for someone who does flyer and logo designs.

Does anyone on here offer a service like that? I'd rather get someone off these forums as I think it would be better than going to a big design company. Also what are the common charges for this sort of work? Obviously if someone wants to do it free of charge that would be humongously appreciated.

Bascially the night is a trance night, and we need a logo designing for the night. The name of the night is 99% set on being 'Trancential' and we'd like some flyer templates and logo designs done. It will msot likely have the logo on the front of the flyer, with the name of the night 'Trancential' on the front too. Along with the date of the proposed club night, and the clubs logo and name.

Then on the back, have the line up listed (5-6 artists), with their associated websites etc, have the dress code, a little bit of info about the club, opening times, ticket prices, ticket outlets, and website information.

If anyone could point me to some freelance workers or anyone that could help that would be brilliant.

I may be interested. What's your budget like? I'd probably be able to do something to a good standard for a small fee. Also, what style are you looking for? The typical kind of acid-colours and broken text associated with club flyers or something a bit different?
 
Well it just needs to look very professional, with the typical clubby style font and graphics on it.

Have you any experience of anything you ahve done in the past? I'm not sure on the budget, i'll find out from my colleague. Also how are you at designing logos?
 
You can ask for advice on here for where to find people but you can't pimp yourself on the forums unfortunately!
 
It's not that difficult if you're willing to try it youself.
If you don't have a lot of time to create something completely from scratch, stock sites are your friend.

For my wife and I's hag do last June, we decided to do the invites up as flyers but they needed to be done quickly.
This took me about 2 hours to make. (and another 2 on the back)

Yeh I had been playing with the idea of a stock image, but there is no way of knowing how it will look with ** other designs before you buy them.
 
I'm a freelance graphic designer. I'd be happy to do it for a bit of cash, as these things can take time if you want something pukka. My portfolio's at www.hybrid.f2s.com although there are no flyers to see there, I've done plenty in the past.
