P5Q Deluxe - which network port to use?

Anyone know which one of the two network ports on the P5Q Deluxe is the bidirectional one? Both physically, as I want to connect my network cable there, and in the BIOS as I want to disable the other one.

I am using the bottom one on the back of the mobo, to connect to a network, the bottom one on the back is the first one in the BIOS list (Number 1), so I have that Enabled, and the 2nd one Disabled (2nd in list in BIOS, which is the top one on the back of the mobo....hopefully you can follow all that!

I use the 1 closest to the sound ports on the back which I believe is on the PCI-E bus whereas the other 1 is connected via the PCI bus.
