Take it to the shop if you can, instant replacement.
This, much easier than sending it to Microsoft.
My first 360 did that on PGR3 before it died. MS replaced it with a 3 day turnaround door-to-door though.
Can't find the receipt but im sure it's around somewhere. Will try the shop route if I can.
