Thought Provoking – Watch with Caution

daft advert but ive seen a van do almost exactly that as the van with the sleepy driver in the vid.... only he was so tired he sideswiped the barrier, woke up and carried on driving as if nothing happend.

was going to ring the police but i soon lost site of him as i was in an average speed camera zone and he was still doing 70ish.

But yeh, powerful video. It realllllly brings stuff home when you hear about accidents from traffic cops/firemen/paramedics. Admittedly though, the guy in the first video didn't have proper vtec y0 so he should be jailed just for that tbh.
 
Somebody ran into the back of me on Wednesday night, the cars drives ok and doesn't look too bad, got to take it to the bodyshop for an estimate tomorrow.

I always leave plenty of space between me and the car in front but since it happened I've become a lot more aware of how close other drivers get to each other.
 
Ive seen 2 pretty horrific accidents in my time, the worst being a pedestrian collision when i was around 14-15, will never forget it.

Ive only just started learning to drive myself now as ive not needed to drive, just amazes me how many people dont realise that a car is a lethal weapon. If you drive like a fool you will certainly feel like one if you kill someone.
