Well absolutely! But coming from a French hatchback where central locking is its most advanced feature, it'll be nice to have some BMW gadgets as well as impressive performance.

I think a 3.0 will be my track car at some point, or a pulsar. Two very different machines but both loadsafun
Anyone who cares about what the M3 is designed to do should be pretty much immune to the "stigma" attached to the look.
The only thing that puts me off, is living with the interior day to day. The e36 really is dated, and is built like crap compared to much cheaper newer machinery.

very few evo's hit the 321Bhp mark like the audi rs4s this figure was optomistic and there were rumours that they achieved this figure with no rev limit and a different fuel map
however they are still faster than the 3.0 (as i found out in mine) and some people get on really well with the smg boxes
