psp and micro sd adapters

I didnt even know it was possible to mix the 2. SD is SD and Memory Stick is Memory Stick.
Are you thinking of the M2 card which is the smallest of the memory sticks?
 
no. i can't link directly but theres one or two companies doing a pro duo adapter that takes micro sd. PEAK is one manufacturer.

I have ordered a 4 gig so I will post the results. Didn't have the bottle to go for the 8 gig one
 
I ordered the 8GB Peak one but I can't confirm that it works as my girlfriend has hidden the card as she is anal about giving a birthday gift before the actual birthday so I will get it on sept the 4th :(
 
What's the benefit of doing it this way? Is it cheaper for an 8GB Micro SD than it is for an 8GB Memory Stick Duo?

Incidentally I have just switched from using a Sony 8GB Memory stick to a Lexar 8GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Gaming Edition. The load speed of games on the stick is significantly faster - wasn't expecting much but it's a great card :)
 
I was always told for the psp you had to use the pro duo cards, if these work then it's truely happy days.

I've just looked the peak one up and for 17 quid you get that and a 4gb card, is that about the prices other people have found?

I found the Peak 4GB one for €21.43 which is almost excactly 17 quid so that is about right.
I ordered a 8GB one for €35.97 which is about 29 quid
 
You'll have to let everyone know how you get on with it Dutch Guy, hopefully this'll work as well as the pro duo cards.
