Limited to 6400 ram on Asus p5q-pro?

As title really. Can i only buy and fit pc-6400 ram in my P5Q-Pro mb or can i go higher, to say 8500?

yeah if u need it you can use it but what fsb are you at with your chip?

At the mo I'm at 300x10, memory @601MHz/2.1v. My e2180 is about a month or so old but I seem to have hit a wall @ 3ghz/1.45v. Memory is cheap so would like to upgrade to the the highest rated ddr2 i can get for my motherboard.
