Titanium Rings

Your rings aren't even the same?...

Ben, the rings are a symbol, they don't have to be the same as long as they both represent the same thing! Perhaps moving away from the normal gold rings is difficult for you to understand, or perhaps its just an age thing! Your only 18 and probably have beliefs based around what your parents did.

What is scary is that I have been with my missus since you were 7 years old

Being a welshman, but also a person of good taste, I would reccomend welsh rose gold.

Timeless and unique...

This 18ct gold with 1/4ct diamond engagenent ring weighs in at £3200 tho, they are not cheap!

My parent's have been engaged since before I was born, lazy buggers ;)

I have this titanium band with 18ct inlay. Admittedly it looks gash in that illustration, irl the finish on the gold is much more subtle & has polished up nicely over the last 5 years.

I made sure to get one a size too big as I have skinny fingers and I won't be able to get it resized if/when I get old man's fat saussage fingers. Just something to think about.

Despite being married we both choose not to wear rings. But, before my uncle died, I'd always intended to ask him to make me a set of rings (he was a very talented goldsmith and won the De Beers award three times).

Why don't you get something made? It would mean far more than buying something off the shelf.

Birmingham Jewelery Quarter is your best bet. When my wife and I were shopping for wedding rings, we were looking at platinum for her, and titanium/platinum combo for me, but we decided on platinum for us both.

I do have a titanium ring as well, made by a company called Tecniq, and I've seen quite a range of designs when we were on honeymoon in Cornwall in August, but can't find anything on google for them.
