Best sub-£50 motherboard?

Just recently bought an Asrock Wolfdale1333-D667 motherboard, which within a couple of weeks has died on me. Probably serves me right for buying cheap

So - what should I spend another £50 on to replace it?

Gigabyte GA P31 DS3L, or spend a bit more and get a Gigabyte GA P35 DS3L

Bargain tastic. But the possible lack of I/O plate would put me off. If you're happy with that, it's a no brainer.
