I have a bottle of Yellow Tail shiraz from Sainsburys, currently with a few quid off down to £4.49 which isn't a bad price. Had it before. It's a shiraz which is a full bodied red with a bit of sweetness. This one has good full bodied taste, not too much acid with a bit of sweet spice, dark fruity taste and a good strong 13.5% alcohol hit and a little tanin at the end. This would make a good starter wine if you want to try a red.
I've had a couple of glasses already, hic
, a splash in my onion gravy with my bangers and mash and it's starting to feel like Christmas.
Does anyone want to join me for a tipple?
