Who wont be playing Warhead

Great. Stop the enemy grabbing the doomsday weapon plot. How original. Crysis was mostly looks and no substance. Hmm, I wonder what that reminds me of ;)

Actually no, seen that like 3-4 days ago. :)

Looking forward to see how it plays. I know theyve relabelled settings tabs and replaced them with stuff like "gamer, extreme gamer" etc.

I am in a gaming funk at the moment as I do not really have anything new to play. Clear Sky is too buggy even though the game is stable and the performance is fine. So I stopped playing and I don't want to start over every time they patch the game so I will wait awhile. Warhammer runs poorly on my PC for some reason even though it looks like a 4 year old game. The only thing I have got to look forward to is the enhanced edition of The Witcher, but that still that still leaves a huge gaping hole regarding shooters.

There is no demo. Crytek felt that the first crysis demo gave too much away and spoilt the crowd a bit too much, and yes, i'll be buying warhead. Crytek deserve some praise, not flak like most on here is giving them.

I enjoyed Crysis. I've played just about every FPS shooter that came out and was quite impressed with the level of detail in Crysis. Again I also think Crytek deserve praise for there hard work. :)

Don't get me wrong, I can't help being impressed by what Crytek have done with Crysis, but I just wish they would stick more to making games rather than large tech demos.

I'll definalty be playing it, for 1 Crysis wars the new multiplayer games look amazing, it looks like they have captured the COD4 game but in the crysis story/universere.

Then there is the fact that they have optimized the game massivly so it will run on lower end systems, personally I can play crysis in High (not very high DX10:() with my 8800gt overclocked to 700mhz and my cpu overclocked to 3.6ghz and get a min 25fps and average 333fps anything. 25fps min is what you need to aim for before it starts to get jerky jerky like a turkey!!

The original crysis was the best looking dx10 shooter for a long time and is still only out done by a few. Most people winged about it because their pc's couldn't handle it.

Ok the AI wasn't great on the aliens but it was on the humans and crytek claim they have improved the AI anyway. At first I thought the nano suit was going to be lame almost liek cheats but If you played the game on hard or very hard you had to use the suit powers or the game was impossible.

I'm sorry but putting your cloak on and sneaking up to people and blatting them in the face with a shot gun was some of the best fun i've ever had in a shooting game and then you had to leg it or you got done!

And as if that wasn't enough Crysis warhead is only 14.99 What more could you want?

I manage average 32 FPS on xp doing the GPU benchmark test, Very high settings same card as yours oc'd to 700/1750/2000, 3.3gig C2D and 2gig ram. Try the CCC mod here. http://www.crysis-online.com/forum/index.php/topic,29717.0.html made a big difference to fps and made it look a bit better too with 2 of my mates pc's and mine too. Here are some vids of mine in action. http://www.xfire.com/profile/robrx7/# For some reason the video came out a bit jerky, but the gameplay was really smooth.
