Arghhh do I buy them in one big order for £250 or buy one a month and hope they don't put the prices up.

Of those people who have the box set did you buy them all outright or one at a time (seasons that is)

Why would they put the prices up? They've been sitting at around the same price for some time now haven't they?

a certain site that is named after a rainforest is doing the entire season 1-10 collection + the ark of truth for £94. holy cow thats a bargain!

I own Season 1-7 in the original box sets and went to the states recently and picked up the full 10 season box set - imo go for the 10 season box set, less space taken up for one and it looks cooler

£250 is a lot of money for a TV boxset, granted its 10 seasons but X-Files Boxset is around £80 for 9 seasons, at £250 they are only going to sell it to the hardcore fans.

doesnt the full 1-10 box set have some problems with it? I seem to remember reading a while ago that people were finiding episodes were in the wrong order, the book also had them in a different order and there were a couple of episodes just completly missing off the disks

The episodes are in the order they were broadcasr in and they were broadcast in the wrong order. It's only noticeable in one of the episodes where someone leaves for good (I forget who) and they're back in the next episode as if nothing had happened! A little mix up but I'm fairly sure it only happens once or twice...

You can save yourself a few quid by buying used off of Ebay or if you shop around.

I would stop about season 5 tbh, they get rubbish after that.

Not worth buying imo. Worth watching I guess although the last couple of seasons were a bit meh and the G'oaould outstay their welcome by about 3 seasons. I wouldn't watch it more than once.

The box set for under £100 is a really good deal. I've been collecting them slowly for 5 or 6 years now and I wish I could have paid so little, just a shame I've only got one left to buy

. £250 for the whole set is probably still less than I have paid so far!
