My wife had a healthy baby boy by c-section (breach). He's 8.5 lbs and doing well. Enormous set of nards on him but I understand there is some swelling with new borns!

What an amazing feeling it is to be a father for the first time. Evolution has really done a number on us men too, with a switch flicking to instantly love and protect the little thing.
