Weird thing happening (mp3, audio cd, car stereo)

I bought and downloaded some foreign language rap songs a while back. As rap songs go, there is some use of swear words but when I play these songs on Winamp at home, they are fine.

Yesterday I used Nero to convert some of these mp3s into an Audio Cd (using the in-built converter) and played it in my car stereo this morning. To my amazement, all the swearwords were blanked out!

What happened here, and what can I do to avoid this in the future?

Erm, how? The mp3 that was downloaded was played in Winamp and played fine. That same mp3 was converted to audio format, and in the car it played differently

I dont really see how it's possible so my suggestion is somehow you've got mixed up and have two copies of the same thing

Just played the CD on a different car stereo and its still blanking out - it must be Nero!?
