Thinking about getting one of the above, and if i was to get the Nano or the Touch it'd be 16GB, as i have an old 8GB Nano which is near the end of its life. So the question is, do i get Apple TV to plug into my TV, at 279, iPod Classic at 179, iTouch at 219 or Nano at 149? What do you think?

Obviously different technology, iPod vs ATV, but yeah.

Out of the iPod Touch, Nano and Classic what would you get? Learning kinda towards the Nano price wise.

What's wrong with your current nano? Does it still work?

If so, then don't be replacing it. Get the AppleTV instead.

Right, so there's a fault with it. In that case, you should get whatever you'll use the most. If it's between the nano and the touch then you decide whether you want a device which is effectively just an mp3 player (the nano) or what is effectively a good PDA type device which also happens to play music (the touch). You'll notice I don't mention the classic!

What do you want it for?

Heh.

Well I'll at some stage get them both. Just not sure what first. I have my phone for the PDA, the only extra with the Touch imo is the WiFi tbh. Kind of leaning towards the Nano at the moment, because of the 16GB for 149.

I think I am about to crack and order a Nano, now... red or black?

The touch is great but it's considerably larger and more expensive.

Bought an Apple TV the other day, loving it. I could do most of it via my PS3 and medialink but the HD movie rentals, TV series and simple ease of use make this much better.
