Aaargh...this feels like a pretty reasonable game, but half of the buttons don't detect on my control pad, leaving me a bit short!

Aside from that, I haven't played a Fifa since '03-been a Pro man. This feels nice though.

I reckon in the full version it will be OK, as it's basically Fifa08.

I had to modify the controller file to get the "trick stick" to work on my PS2 controller though.

edit: beaten to it, I used a method similar to what's been posted above.

Well, I am getting PES 2009 this year - At least Konami make "SOME" effort on the PC and deserve my support.

E.A can go and kiss my dangly left one and the right one if they wish with what they are currently doing to PC gaming.

I only have a modest rig but would it be expected to run like a bag of nails:

AMD X2 4200+
ATI X1950 PRO 512MB
4GB RAM

Even on medium settings with "3D" grass disabled at 1440x900 it plays like pants.
