Well yes, to arrest a terrorist for the terror attack you must let him do it first, you can however arrest them for possession of explosives etc, or conspiracy to commit murder, but not murder itself.

Like they did in this case he was arrested for possession of child pornography not molestation, because has not committed that crime.

Are you serious? Hope you haven't got something to hide, it's worrying how much you are standing up for this guy.

It is attitudes like this that stop any form of serious discussion about the subject on an internet forum.Anyone who doesn't blindly join in with the Lynch mob is automatically a potential paedophile.

Yes you're right, To not support the death penalty for such a crime is a sign of having something to hide.

You know people that don't think adulterers should be stoned to death all secretly commit adultery? I also hear that people who think you shouldn't cut off a thief's hand, steal stuff.

Okay fair enough I think, but the point I was making was regardless if he was touching kids or spanking off looking at kiddie porn was do we really need to keep him alive? The guy admits to liking kiddies naked and seeing them being abused, why do we want to keep people like this alive? I good reason please?

I think some people need to be culled, but not for pictures.

No, I would actually rather a person who looks at pictures of kiddies as young as one being messed with and enjoys it and then openly states that they would do the same would be killed rather than having the tax payer spend money on them going forward or encourage others that if they did the same there would be little consequence .
