How do they do this ? Cheese is matured for months, fruit goes manky in days. You can buy cheese with all sorts of things in it now, is it all irradiated ?

It is just wrong, cheese is great as is, it doesn't need fruit in it. I think they use inferior cheese in these concoctions to get rid of it.
