My mate stoopidbaz is watching Star Trek TNG start to finish

Yeah 24 was good, but it soon got very boring :o The first series was great, but then it was just like "Oh noes, some terrorists are planning evil. They have a guy inside CTU (again) but don't worry the director of CTU will just blame an innocent worker and torture them for a bit instead (again)".

It was the same plot reused for every series so far :rolleyes:
 
My biggest TVathon, Was watching 24 season 1, 2 and 3, Before season 4 started.

I believe Season 4 was due on the Sunday night, and I started on the Thursday?

Something like that anyways, Not much sleep, and constantly watching them. Didn't go down well with my parents/girlfriend at that point like because I had literally become part of the furniture. :D

The PK Wars is pretty good tbh, but another cliffhanger. There's webisodes and a comic series due soon. I can't wait personally :D

We recently did a full run through, it seemed to take forever :p

Other than that, Dexter seasons 1 & 2, Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Firefly (many many many times ;) and Red Dwarf are the favourites :P Oh, and we've recently done the first series of Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Worth watching are B5, Season 1 of Andromeda & Jeremiah.

I started watching the Sarah Connor Chronicles last night at 3am. I just finished (stopped for some sleep 5 episodes in)

[Geek]I'm currently watching through SG1, I missed loads in the middle due to not having Sky and not being shown in order on Ch4. I'm currently on season 7, going through them about a season a week at the moment[/Geek]


By the time I've finished all the new TV stuff should have re-started again :)

Everything, does that help :p
The music irritated me immensely, the characters grated and generally I never liked it.

Little things, like the total lack of airlocks wound me up (The whole back of the ship just dropped down ramp-style), and the Borg cube type thing (Alliance starship I think?) was also an abberation.
Joss Whedon's style also grates on me in a major way.

Could have been far, far better, look at Cowboy Bebop for this theme done properly!
