The only way to do it properly is to wipe the disc (properly using an app like killdisk) and reinstall Windows. There is no other way that is 100% reliable or anywhere near.
Hi, what we normally do with old company laptops is wipe them with a low level format, someone would 'really' have to want the data badly to recover from that.
