Can I bring a non-OcUK member down? He's got an Evo 8 at the moment but someone should be coming to buy that this weekend, he's looking at an Accord Type R to replace it with so will be in one of the two.

I guess it depends on if Sam has invited said person, but given that a) its Sam, and b) its Southampton, the chances are likely.

Don't see why not, after all it's just a meet isn't it. Does seem a bit strange that a non OcUK wants to attend, not like we are RRing or anything, just meeting up to have a chat and see the cars.
