I would suspect the best you could do if you want to sell it is take it to an independent jewellers but I am sure if they would want it.

the reason why i ask is that, its not currently in a very usefull form, its a very very badly dented commemorative plate, so i was really asking whether i should turn it into rings, or a necklace or something along those lines...
