The Family - Channel 4...

Anyone watching this now, pretty good actually. The young daughter needs to sort her head out, if I behaved like her at home my mum and dad would sort me out good and proper. Mind you, I would never treat my mum and dad in that way and use my home as a drop in shop.

Who are these idiots and what are they doing on my TV!!!??

Edit: Actually that's harsh-it's only the daughter who is a complete tool.

My Mum would have kicked me out when I was living at home if I was acting like that at her age.
Plus I hope her employers see this and give her a good telling off.
Its interesting to watch, and good to see how parents are after theyve had a row with their kids.
The youngest boy seems to get ignored a lot, due to all the attention being on the bratty older one.

*edit* It would appear she lost her job, Unlucky!

i never had talks like that with my parents, basically if i was naughty id get a crack on the arse and be told to grow up...it worked lol

(when i was younger, not when i was 19 )

Funnily enough, It's just like my cousins house used to be. Constant arguing with the oldest girl & usually the rows were along the same sort of lines - over nothing. The house literally never stopped arguing at night. There were two older girls and a younger boy. The eldest girl was a right problem from 14 up until about 30.

And I'm sure it's just like a lot of teenage households in the UK these days. As they said, shes just discovering her independence, and within a few months she will be moving out.

At least the parents actually care about them. Most disfuntional families these days would just go down the boozer and leave them, or throw her out on the street and lock the door.

This program reminds me of "big brother" but grown up with none of the im famous rubbish. I set the pc to record it but didnt watch the whole thing just flicked over every now and then to see what was going down. That 19yr old lass needed to sort her self out sharpish lol. Going clubbing when signed off sick from work and then blurting it out in front of camera's is a bit dumb. Who is going to give her a job now knowing she will bunk off when she feels like it?

That's familiar, reminds me of my sister from before she had a baby boy to look after.

The quality of the film is a little much for minimal interference filming. Also they're very affectionate. Not sure how much of that's been put on.

Also, the youngest one which they are all ignoring seems to be turning gay, action required, Dad needs to take him hunting.
