I used to try and figure out my mile times from the speed on the treadmill, but imo you can't take it as anything more than a rough guide. If you care enough, then get yourself down to a running track with a stop watch!

I still run but now would not be surprised if it was more around the 7:20-7:30 mark

I have worked out a little bit but not heaps. So i went for a run the other night and manages 4:45. What level of fittness would you say that was? I did have to walk a bit of it though
