The Mighty Boosh.

Since I first heard of this mob I've heard a handful of people say that they are awesome, and for every person that says it ten others jump in and say it's tosh.
I watched a very good few of the re-runs on BBC three and to be honest it never raised a smile.

I had a convo in the pub about them last week and they only thing we could come up with was that the comedy value must come with age.
It certainly fits the bill for most of the people who talk about it being funny:
< 25 hilarious.
>= 25 Nonsense.


Could you please post something from YT of their's that you find really funny?
Not the Old Greg thing, that's been done to death. But something funny please.
I'm not having a go, and it's not a prove the thread post. I'd just like to see a little bit of proof from someone who knows just how funny they can be, and at least I'll be able to say they have some talent.

But as I read elsewhere on a forum:
If someone can come into a panel show and make Phil Jupitus sound funny well.....
To stick up for Jupitus though I've seen him doing stand up with Paul Merton and they were both astounding.
 
Its a very wierd minority comedy that you really love or hate, its marmite through and through. personally i love it, it took an episode or three to get into it but once it clicked it had me howling at its stupidity. The missus however despises any talk of the show in the house and throws me the weirdest look of all my past time tv shows, she hates geeks, nerds and other such social outcasts which doesn't help as i love my sci-fi, computers and generally bathe in the world that is geekdom. She thinks its not fit for the consumption of a 3 year old but she bleeds for 12 weeks of the year and is still with us alive and strong so i dont trust her oppinion in the slightest!
