£20 - what a great night - managed to get right to the front and apart from a trio of old, ugly bags on a bender who started fighting with some teenagers for no reason and then managed to get them (the teens) hoisted out of the crowd - we had a great time!!!

My some of friends saw the Ting Tings at Leeds, they said they were awful and couldn't play their instruments for ****. Yet they won an award the other day for "Best live breakthrough" =\

They also have 2 good songs, shut up and let me go is terrible.

IMO the Ting Tings are another example of one of those bands that loads of people adore for one album, maybe two, and then they'll fade into obscurity. I hate them, far too repetitive.

I've not really listened to the Ting Tings so I really can't pass judgement but it sounds like you had a good night at that gig!

I imagine Franz Ferdinand were rather good also!

i have to agree, their songs are seriously repetetive and annoying. but obviously someone must like them or they'd have crashed out of the industry by now.
