1600 allaince! lol... i wasnt aware of that. I am aware that wow dont have ques, they did yes,. but they solved it. i am suprised at *** amount spent on servers as if its true, they bought crap. they need more room, simple as that.

while i agree 1600 on a server is going to be hard to fix, why are ALL the servers almost full as well...

Still, after all is said and done, i like the game, enjoy some of the people ive grped with and getting the hang of it. So i like the game, its that dam queing i dont like lol..

You cant really compare the stability of the servers on WoW, i remember being in que's of 400-500+ on PvP realms when WoW was in it's early days.

The current data centre has 9 million euros worth of server equipment there. I think the queues are to maintain server balance. If order have 0 queue and dest have 2 hours, it tells you that if all those dest players can log right in, order might as well give up on open rvr and live in scenarios.

Pop your account up for sale on markeedragon or somewhere like that, there are quite literally stacks of people who want an account (particularly around europe)

Thats just one large alliance :) , I know of 3 more (each with 500+ members in it) and theres most likely other ones that I didnt find out about. I know for instance that one of them is on Azgal, another is on Axe Bite, another is on 8 Peaks, and theres a slightly smaller one (just a few hundred people) on Hirn. Each of those are past alliances from Daoc, or groups of guilds who befriended each other in WoW and decided to play together. :D

I played DAOC on the GOA servers for years :p, seems like the hamster wheel broke down again :D

Theres no way in hell i would wait 30 mins to get into a game :o
 
Just got home from a wedding and ready to give this a try... from what I read ocuk guild is on Azgal but there is a big que. Currently waiting to try out zealot..... is it going to be worth the wait lol
 
Hi all,

Going to be a right noob here, but is this out? i've just noticed a vid at the end of zero punctuation and thought wow , what sys spec do you need?
 
I should know this but how do you tell the difference a PC and NPC enemy cause I keep flagging myself as PvP when accidentally attacking other player controlled players. It's not much fun when they are a much higher level.
 
Hmm. Just went and picked this up, and... Nothing. Can't create account, can't register key, both links go to a page with essentially no content on it, just a background and some splash art. That's no good...

Heh, it's out, the main website is really bad for giving you useful information (I thought it was still pre-release only but it's in the shops). And sys spec is pretty low, box says 2.5ghz P4, 1gb for XP, and ancient graphics card.
