Best performing 8 to 16GB Flash Drive?

Corsair Voyager GT 8GB was the fastest but they cannot get that type of memory anymore so there is only the 16GT left (which is so slow and so much they offer peeps money back) or the non GT range inc a 32GB and new 64GB just out.

all corsair USB will have a read of 30mbps, not sure on the write....
but how about u bench your current flash drive, and i will find out the write for the corsair usb's

The non GT has nowhere near 30MB/Sec (not Mb/Sec BTW) and the 16GT is a ballsup (read the sticky on it in the Corsair forums).
I own the 2GB GT and 4GB GT (matched for Readyboost) I only wish I had bought a 8GB GT before they became as rare as Hens teeth.

on overclockers it says 19 MB/s read which is obviously wrong, and if you search a thread i originally posted that bench, the others also had around 30
edit tried HD tune Pro to bench write speed but it wouldnt let me? something about removing all partitions???? didnt work for all HDD's

HD Tune reads far too high even for HDD's.
Use HD-Tach.
A non GT doe not do that speed from any tests I've see, a GT is pushed to do it and 30-35MB is about MAX you would get on any USB Device as way the the Interface is shared (480Mbits/Sec MAX).
" Corsair is claiming 33MB/s read speeds and 16MB/s write speeds " < 8GB non GT taken from 1st review I found in Google.
Infact and this is from Corsair, they do not claim any speeds on their site due to they cant say for sure as of all different set ups.
I have no idea why that is as not many get 30MB/Sec out of there USB 2 controller anyhow and GT's are faster than non GT's.
I ain't been happy with any TBH.
