So why in the name of god should she be allowed to have a driving license!

this was a known medical condition yet she was still allowed to keep her license? there needs to be more communication between agencies and the NHS to stop this sort of thing happening. People with mental disorders that can put others in danger shouldnt be allowed to drive lethal weapons around.

Its a crop of an original photo, the shot would have been taken out side of court and i bet he is digging in his pocket (probably cargo trousers) for his lighter.
